Auber - Counts Up

I noticed when I smoked my first batch of ribs in my new 3d, the time counted up. Is there a way to display counting down?

That way when the smoker is set for 5 hours, it shows what time is left?

No, Greg, only counts up.  Six of one, half-dozen of the other, isn't it?  Well...unless you forget how long you set it for! ???
