4D Digital WiFi problem

I did contact Steve. At first he said it was my wifi. I don't have any problems with any of my other devices using my wifi. He later sent a new control board. I replaced it and it still would not connect to the wifi app. He sent another control board and the same thing with that one NO connection. So, I put the original board back in and somehow it connected and I got the 4D setup. I only worked a few times but now it was taking 3-4 hours to come up to 300 degrees. TOO long. He sent me a new heating and so far it is working getting the temps up. I returned the 2 replacement boards back to Steve and asked him if they were connecting via wifi and he said NO. I tried using the app this morning and it will not connect. The app was why I selected the Smokin-It 4D smoker. Now it doesn't work. It is a royal pain in the ass to manually set everything up on the smoker.
