3d wifi display blacked out

hey all i’ve run into an issue where i can’t ready my display. still working via wifi on phone at least but this is not ideal. any ideas?

steve sent me a replacement and i’m not electrically inclined enough to perform the swap myself i reached out for more guidance. this has been a very poor experience so far for a very pricey purchase.

Just received a digital controller replacement (generation 2) for my 3D smoker. I removed wiring from the old controller and plugged the wiring into the new smoker as I went along. However I am getting no power when switching on the power button. Thoughts?

I would contact Steve. But it sounds like a loose or broken connection.
