I think it could be cool to know what you are smoking on any given day. Quick and easy.
I suggest that you include some, all, or more of the following:
1) what you are smoking and size/ weight
2) a little info on rub and or marinades/ injections
3) what type of wood
4) smoker temp
5) which smoker you are using
I'll start with:
8lb pork butt
Susan's homemade rub with mojo criollo injection
Hickory
225 degrees
