They loved them. Glad they don't know the secret. I smoked them 5hrs then put them in a stainless pan covered in foil. Then threw them on the grill at my sister's house with sauce for a few to warm up and finish off. Used Sweet Baby Rays for sauce, can't go wrong. They were a little firmer than what I like but overall not bad, could have used a few more minutes in the smoker first.
