I'm jealous of anyone who is smoking anything this weekend!   This is my weekend for work, and after-hours phone duty.  I'm not able to do anything, other than read about what you all are having fun with!  Next weekend, though, is another story! ;D  Gonna try something new...more to follow!

Forgot to mention the Bacon wrapping....hmm how did that happen?

well needless to say, they were a hit, so adding them to my list of go to foods

I am ashamed of myself for the exclusion of Bacon in my orig post. I will go sit in a corner and think about what I did.

OH and my neighbors are pretty lucky folks, gave samples and some pulled pork baggies to several of them.
