Long time smoker with fire. Now plugging in to a different form. I'll be honest I was looking at something like this since the late 90's if memory serves me, and it doesn't much anymore. I took the other road after a KCBS judging class with my oldest daughter. I never did compete but had a ton of fun learning.
I'm hoping to put this to good use for meals and snack sticks.

The unboxing and seasoning went well. I've done a few cooks to get some understanding of it's quirks. Some Chicken thighs and a rack of ribs.
Mostly I'm trying not to create a flat spot on my head trying to figure out the programming. So far I'm just overwriting the 1st one repeatedly
