Temperature Probe

Waiting for my #1 to arrive....do I need a temperature probe?  Any recommendations?

The Maverick ET732 remote thermometers are popular for a good reason.  Mine has been calibrated with two others and it's accurate with 2 degrees of the others.  Mine hasn't given me a whit of trouble so I can recommend it with confidence.
