Prior to getting my smoker, I had read a few posts where guys were saying that they couldn't get the side rails on the top position due to the angled pegs. When my unit arrived, I noticed the same thing. I was playing with the smoker yesterday and found that if I put a slight bow in the rail and put it in diagonally, it slips right onto the high position without having to grind anything.
