This is the place to share your outdoor cooking setups, your custom stands, or anything else related to how you keep your smoker!  If anyone wants their previous posts on this moved to this section, PM me a direction to the post, and I'll move it.

Let's see what you've got!

Just my #2 and an ash bucket for now. Tucked neatly away in an outside corner with a nice protective overhang. Searching for a prep table that can handle the elements. When I find something, I'll post up some more. :)

The Lazy-Q fits my lifestyle to a T!  After doing a lot of research on smokers I knew electric was the way to go, I wanted a set and forget, I did not want to stoke a fire, play with air dampers and worry about propane.  My smoker sleeps in the garage but when it's time to get busy, I roll my trusty #3 out to my deck.  When you see the view you will understand the need for lazy Q.  I could be kayaking, sailing, jet skiing, drinking with the neighbors or any number of activities other than actually tending a smoker.  That is Lake Huron in the background!

Decided to go with a plastic cart instead of a table. We will see how it goes. Don't think I'll be out there for a few days. Thawing out a bone-in turkey breast to hopefully have on Sunday. I've got a big plastic tub that I keep all the smoking stuff in. Wood/aluminum pans/gloves/thermometer/foil etc too. That's been working great. :)

Simple set up for my #2, with cover protecting the Auber so it does not get wet but air can still circulate.

Hello All,

I have been happy smoking with this setup.  I waited a long time to have a deck where I could have an outdoor area for a grill and smoker.

Send your cleaning crew this way Chris! As I said in a previous post, not a speck of dirt or a leaf on that deck!

That deck is way to purdy  8)    Almost looks composite.  Very nice  :)

Y'all have seen my getup already but I shall post it again for those that fancy a gander!

Since this picture was taken I've actually added another Kamado to the collection. I won a Keg at a raffle. My Wife REALLY wanted it so I bought $100.00 worth of tickets, she won it thankfully. Win or lose, the proceeds were to go to Operation BBQ Relief so it was money WELL spent.

I got a Keg Grilling Cabinet at a crazy discount, from one of my buds that works for Broil King, to house the new Keg. I had to put it on the deck though, no more room under it, lol.

I love all of my cookers. I need to buy some land and build a house that has a HUGE outdoor living area where I can set up all of my cookers. I would like to have a gun range (facing away from the house obviously) so that while I have my #3 going, I can do some plinking!! Yep, redneckedness at it's finest, bullets and BBQ :P

I have a model 3D on top of a Sears Craftsman roller tool chest, makes it handy with the three pull out drawers to hold supplies in.  I also attached a folding large cookie sheet to the front of the smoker which really helps with loading the meats, keeping the drippings off the concrete and off our little dogs back as she loved licking the drippings off the concrete ;-)
The folding table is attached to the tool chest with plywood, adhesive and sheet metal screws, it really works great and I just fold the tray down when I don't need it.

This is how I set my #1 up. Built the cabinets a number of years ago. Added a heavy slide out shelf that works quite well.
