Chub Rub Original - Not salty, very balanced. Great on pork butts and chicken, creates a terrific bark.
Bone Suckin' Rub Original or Spicy - Great on just about everything pork: spare and babyback ribs, country style ribs, pork butts and shoulders. A little salty, use less and be careful if you brine. Outstanding when combined with any of the Bone Suckin' sauces.
Bad Byron's Butt Rub - *Must use sparingly.* This butt rub goes a long way, has some heat and I don't recommend brining if you use it.
Company 7 Rescue Rub - Of all the rubs I've used, this one disappointed me most. I have eaten Company 7 BBQ and it's great, but I can't figure out how with this rub. It's a tan rub, with little to no cayenne or paprika.
JD's Bacon Rub - It's great mixed with other rubs for a bacon/smoky/sweet kick.
