For those of you who have reduced the element wattage, did you run an Autotune after that or adjust you PID settings? If you did, would you share your modified PID settings?
I have been on the forum since it began and I do not remember anyone posting about running the smoker at a reduced wattage. Someone may have but it is not ringing any bells.
