Pork Butt.... the renowned Mr. Brown....

So.... I just ate the last bit of pulled pork I had frozen SO I picked up a couple Butts from Costco, rubbed them up and just put them on the #3 at 225 with 6oz of hickory.  This is a recipe I got from the virtual weber bullet site that I've used many times with my ummmm... weber bullet.  ANYWAY, no pics but it would be just a couple rubbed butts anyway.

I got the igrill plugged into each of the two butts and it now has a cool graph feature... I'm curious to see how the temp rises and how long the stall is and it can actually transmit bluetooth anywhere in the house so I'm using that to monitor the internal temp of both butts and using my Maverick just to monitor the ambient temp.... 

I need to get another freezer...

 
....and I just took it out of the smoker with an internal temp of 191, wrapped them in foil and they are resting in a cooler for about two hours.  :D

 
Sounds like a good day, Jerz!  I'm 3 hours in on 3 racks of baby backs!  I did pulled pork last weekend, so ribs won this time. 
 
I'll post pics when I get home but it came out awesome!  I even ordered a chest freezer that should be delivered this afternoon.... :D

Gotta make room for all that pulled pork!
