Overnight Hot Hold

I was looking to purchase a food warmer to hot hold my briskets overnight. Most warmers are in the 800-watt range as far as power goes. I have a 3D, with 1200-watt element, has anyone used their Smokin It smoker as a warmer to hot hold briskets @ 150° overnight?
 
I haven't. I generally smoke large cuts around midnight and wrap and place in a cooler the next day when it is finished cooking. Stays hot for a couple of hours till dinner time.
