Newbie Saying Hello

Hi all! Im Jon from southeast Pennsylvania and I just purchased a model 2 analog 2 weeks ago. My only experience with smoking is with a Pitboss vertical pellet smoker that i had purchased in December of 2024. Needless to say, I have had so many issues with it and I couldnt trust it...I wish I wouldve known about Smokin It before i put my money into the pitboss. Oh well.

Im just glad i came across this product and this forum!
