Just received my model 2 and am seasoning it as  I type. I had a smoker box for my gas grill and just was not getting the quality that i want. This smoker is built well. I am an industrial electrician and I know sturdy built equipment when I see it, and this is it. Can't wait til I start smoking from jerky to ribs.
