Well..............

I used to get a nice smoke ring from my offset stick burner.  Nothing off the electric.  I have read all about smoke and such on Meatheads site and it make sense.  Lot's of stuff makes sense.  I admit a smoke ring looks pretty ant there is no difference in taste. Some folks here go the Morton's Quick Cure routine to get the ring. Some do not. Me?  I just like good tasting Q.
