Making summer sausage and curious where to insert with meat probe from the Maverick into the casing. Should I put it in the end as far as it will go or just an inch or so in the center of the tube? Thanks!
Wish I could help, but I am a sausage eater, not a maker. I would look on the web for sausage making and probe placement. Someone somewhere will have an answer. Also, this being a weekend, you might get some responses here toward evening/night.
