Greetings from Kentucky,
Just got my SI #1 yesterday and seasoned it last night. I have wanted to get into smoking for sometime now but didn't want to spend a ton of money on something that I may not truely love. After searching the web and reading a ton of reviews I decided to pull the pin on a smokin it smoker. Plan on prepping ribs for a smoke on Friday. Looking forward to having a great summer.
