Two chickens, cut out backbone, breast bone, in the brine over night, got up, rinsed off. Olive oil and rub....it is 22 below zero with a 50 below zero wind chill. My wife has an idea: put it in the oven and don't go outside. Straight from the oven, 325 for 3 hours, zero ounces of wood. Still in my PJ's at noon.


I'm also a procrastinator! All reasons that support going in the direction of Lazy Q. I'm still eating my BBQ leftovers from prior smokes!
