Hello fellow Q friends! Thanks to some great info on this site I just ordered my #3D WIFi with the matching cabinet. Needless to say I am super excited to get ths thing even though Winter is setting in. I am currently on my second MB and I also have a Egg. I look forward to sharing, learning, and raising my ! skills. Any friendly advice for a new owner is appreciated.

Welcome, Damien! Great choice with the #3D WiFi and cabinet — that combo's a beast, especially for consistent cooks. Since you’ve already got experience with an MB and an Egg, the learning curve should be smooth. One tip: get familiar with how the temp ramps and how moisture behaves in the cabinet. Also, don't underestimate how much wood it doesn't take to get great flavor. Looking forward to seeing your first few smokes — even winter can't stop a good brisket!
