Ordered the #1 smoker on the Monday before Father's Day. Delivered on Friday and seasoned the same day. Put my first butt in at 9 PM Saturday night. It was really at 10 AM Father's Day.  Let it rest for a couple of hours and then had a perfect Father's Day lunch. I really recommend getting the stand.  Puts the smoker at an excellent height, which is a plus as I enter my dotage.  8)
