Got my #2 a week ago and already smoked a turkey, pork loin, ABT's & jalapenos for chipotle sauce.  Right now I've got some salt, black pepper, paprika, & cayenne on to smoke.  We'll see how this works!!  I love this forum and all that I am learning here!!  Thanks a lot!
 
Welcome from Delaware, Steve.    I have been smoking on a #2 for over two years now and it keeps turning out great food.  Enjoy!
 
Greetings from N. Louisiana, just fired up my #2 for ribs today, ain't had a bad cook on it yet, got it last year and put the 800w element in, works great!
