I have had my #1 for about 2 years now and love it, but just recently I purchased a Auber PID smoker controller and I noticed it takes my smoker about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to reach 225 degrees. I never paid attention to the temperature of the smoker before, I would just set it and wait until the internal temperature of the meat was done. I was just wondering if anyone else has a #1 smoker and has the same problem. Is it time to get a new heating element? Thank You djblock
