I've been lurking this forum for a couple of months now.

First I'd like to say thank you to everyone who has posted recipes and ideas...I've tried to read them all, and it has helped my experiments...not that hard to figure out.

At some point, I hope to add some pics and ideas to help the community ;D!

Welcome, Dave!  Are you stalking us?  lol!  Glad you're on board!  We don't have all the answers, but we sure love finding them out as a group!

Looking forward to getting some good Cali Q recipes!  I can create a Cali section in the Regional BBQ section if you want to post some in there!  Nothing like tri-tips on oak!
