Ordered on 2/25 dam thing was here 2/27
I got the cart also, me at 6ft 2in tall it's a bit short but I have no problem fixing that!
As of now it's Friday, I'm on a 4-10 work shift
So I heated it up a bit, which burned a bit of residue off the heating element..
Just stuck 2 chunks of wood in it along with 3 pieces of charcoal (kingsford hickory) to season it, reason for the charcoal is
to see how it burns and maybe a smoke ring later on ...?
Anyway I'm off to the store while it's seasoning, chicken, ribs, and a pork roast of some sort..
Gonna be a fun weekend.
