I have to say the 2 Wi-Fi controls are a pain in the butt.  The options that I can't imagine using clutter up the basic functions that are used every day.  On/Off, Temp Up/Down should not need a manual.  I can watch my own clock and read the control panel.

Yeah, I find the software auber writes to be atrocious.  I wrote a post a while back detailing a whole bunch of problems.  Steve needs to work with Thermoworks to see if they can build a PID for the smokers... they know how to build both products and software.

When they do, a cost-effective upgrade should be part of it.  Maybe a software upgrade would do it.

I complained a bit about the controls.  I have to say that I've gotten use to them.  I now feel much better.  The Model 2WiFi smokes very well.

Most people do get used to the controls. Some, like me, take longer than others but we manage.
