Smokinlicious Hickory Filet 4oz
250 till internal temp 167
3.5 lb breast x 2. Wegmans pre-brined
Used poultry rub low salt
Smells incredible.  Wrapped in foil, wrapped in towels.  In cooler for 1 hour rest.

Good job John. Those look fantastic! I hope they taste as good as they looked.  I use the same technique though I pull mine at 160. It'll continue to cook in the foil and get up to 165 and stays much juicier. Well done!
