Cyber Monday Sale = Maybe not the best time for 1st Smoke

#1 smoker currently with Ribs, baked potatoes, and a tin of baked beans. Plan is to eat in another couple of hours.

Welcome and how did things turn out? I would put that thing close to the house to make sure it didn't get wind around it. These smokers are insulated very well and won't pose much hazard to anything around them.
