Corn Fritters

I found a corn fritter recipe that was almost hush puppy like. Caution, these can become addictive.

The fritters were just unbelievable!  A little crunch on the outside and soft, pillowy on the inside.

Salmon patties coated in cracker crumbs and ready for some hot oil treatment.

Time to sit down and enjoy!

Sounds delicious. You can also buy the prepackaged cornbread mix, Jiffy is a popular brand around here, mix as per directions on box and then add the corn. Drain the water though. I use creamed corn alot instead of whole kernel. They fry up great in my fry daddy deep fryer. Happy smokin!

The fritters look amazing, bet they would be good with some powdered sugar or maple syrup also!
