Ken Member Saturday at 6:52 PM #1 I'm smoking a chuck roast today and decided to look at the Smokin-It food chart. The recommendation for chuck roast is to cook it medium rare to medium. I've never seen anything like this. Has anyone else ever cooked one this way?
