While some collect rubs, spice and powder.  I am a sucker for sauce at a discount store.

I’ll try this on charcoal chicken in a few days (after brined!).  Anyone have experience with it?

Top 4 ingredients are vinegar, sugar, water, mustard, followed by peppers and tomato paste.

I bet wally world didn’t like the size of the bottle.

I've seen that, John, but have never tried it.  Let us know how it goes!  I like Cattleman's sauces.  I think their honey bbq is one of the best of the "store bought."

I have not seen that but sounds pretty good. Today I did some checking and found that the local Wal-Marts do carry it but are out of stock. Also said they had the gallon jugs at Sam's Club but also was out of stock.

If you like vinegar and mustard this is a good choice.  I did (after brine) marinate these in a bag for 2 hours.    Maybe next time just slather it on after the first flip?

It smelled like hickory smoke and low and behold, hickory smoke is an ingredient.  Maybe a turn off for some.

I put on some Hawaii wood, but the taste might have gotten eaten up by the kingsford.

300 to 325 degrees on charcoal for hour 1/2 or so.  Ribs and dog added later.
