Auto tune clarification

I have read the smokin-it auber auto tune instructions and have some questions regarding the t settings.
T01-0.5
T02-2
T03-1

Does the 0.5 time mean 30sec or 30min
Does the 2 time mean 2min or 2hrs
Does the 1 time mean 1min or 1hr

If the inputs are based on minutes shouldn't it be
T01-30
T02-120
T03-60

I know this is an old thread but I thought I'd add this in case someone comes across this in the future:

As far as I know, the values are in tenths of an hour (not very intuitive, I know).

A value of 0.1 would be six minutes; 0.5 would be 30 minutes.

So to answer the question:

0.5 time means 30min
2 time means 2hrs
1 time means 1hr

Hopefully someone will correct me if I am mistaken.
