A setup I am considering but need advice

My interest is in the 2D with WIFI control. However, due to the units being unavailable and out of stock for a while I am thinking about purchasing the analog model and adding the Auber AW-1520H WIFI controller. to the unit.

Is there anything I should consider or be concerned about? And will I be able to go up to 325 deg vs 250.

I think you will be fine. If it were me, I would get the 3 (which I have) for no other reason than the larger racks which is great for whole packer briskets. But it is more expensive. The wifi seems to give people hiccups so here are supplemental instructions from the Auber site.

Thank you. The 3 will be too much for me. I am single and do not entertain. Just love to cook and enjoy technology. I can do great smokes with coal fired smokers but as I get older (66 now) I don't like the baby sitting.

For me its a new adventure.
