#2 with Auber-1211

I am smoking baby back ribs and the Auber is set at 225 degrees. After a half hour the temperature is at 205 and the Auber throttles back into an intermittent heating mode.it has been 25 minutes and the temp is just at 216. Second time this has happened. I guess it is normal?

Is the temperature you are referencing from the Auber or from a secondary temp probe?  Also, you check you PID settings with the info found here:
