Well.. I replaced the smoker thermometer first, after 2 uses. That didn’t work. Then they sent me a new control box. That didn’t work. Then a third thermometer that has some sort of sealant around it, with the thinking that moisture is getting into the probe somehow. I installed that last week...

Oh the first 2 smokes were insanely good. Even this one was awesome. I’ll wait for steve to get back to me and go from there. I’m bummed and a little frustrated, given the investment and excitement to get this smoker, but I’m not worried about it and I can’t wait to get it back up and running...
