    Pecan shells SmokinPecan pellets

    I've been seeing a lot of positive reviews for smokinpecan pellets for other type smokers. They also sell the raw shells, the pellets are pulverized compressed shell. Has anyone tried either form ? If so How did it compare to pecan wood?

    The unboxing and seasoning went well. I've done a few cooks to get some understanding of it's quirks. Some Chicken thighs and a rack of ribs. Mostly I'm trying not to create a flat spot on my head trying to figure out the programming. So far I'm just overwriting the 1st one repeatedly
