    First smoke coming soon

    During thanksgiving I purchased and extra turkey to smoke but my other smoke broke. So what better to smoke first then that same turkey that never made it to my old smoker. Currently it is sitting in a brine getting ready for the big smoke on sunday. I will post more about it.
