I think it could be cool to know what you are smoking on any given day. Quick and easy.
I suggest that you include some, all, or more of the following:
1) what you are smoking and size/ weight
2) a little info on rub and or marinades/ injections
3) what type of wood
4) smoker temp
5) which...

How long and at what temp for 6 racks of babyback ribs? As a former charcoal smoker I have always preferred a longer lower heat smoke on ribs. This will be my "virgin" effort.
Any advise for me?
