Just finished tuning the auber on my #2. It certainly is accurate now. P 83, I 138, D 142. Was surprised by the low number for I. Anyone else with similar numbers for a #2?

Does the Jerky dryer blow air in through the top of smoker or draw air out of it. Im asking because I am thinking about using an inexpensive inline 4 inch duct fan and need to know airflow direction. Thankyou

Just received my model 2 and am seasoning it as  I type. I had a smoker box for my gas grill and just was not getting the quality that i want. This smoker is built well. I am an industrial electrician and I know sturdy built equipment when I see it, and this is it. Can't wait til I start smoking...
