Temp Control

Maybe my eyes are getting tired but I have a hard time seeing the numbers on the temperature control especially in marginal light.  If the numbers were in white, things would be easier.  I used a sharpie to mark the unit every 25 degrees.  This seem to help a lot.

That’s how to make things easier! I did something similar on my kettle grill, so I know the settings better for the vent openings.
