15 -20 mushrooms...1 package of jimmy dean hot sausage browned and run through food processor for finer texture...parmesan bread crumbs about 3/4 cup or so...shredded parmesan cheese at least a cup... I block of original philly cream cheese.. brown sausage in pan drain excess grease from pan...add sausage to food processor and run through for finer texture...add sausage back to pan with cream cheese ...parmesan cheese and bread crumbs..warm all these ingredients in the pan and mix them as warms...when mixed remove from heat and fill mushrooms. Top with pinch of breadcrumbs and extra parmesan cheese..put in the oven for ten to fifteen mins at 350...done
