I picked my SI3 up the Saturday after thanksgiving, and so far seems like one of the best culinary choices I've made. I'm really enjoying the vibe and recipes here on the forum as well. So, after one month of ownership I've smoked:
43lbs of beef jerky(20lbs dry)
35lbs of pork roasts
17lbs of beef
24lbs of chicken
3lbs of turkey(drumsticks)
10lbs of homemade sausage links(Polish)
I truly love this thing.... Can't wait to see what this year brings, besides a bigger waistline
.
Cheers, Happy New Year, and great smokes!

. We prefer to eat our own cooking versus being disappointed at various restaurants. Between my wife and I, we basically have all the bases covered in the cooking department. Plus we feed anywhere from 4-7 people at any given time, so that's why volume, and hell I just like to cook 8)
