When I set out to start smoking nuts I didn't really find a rack available from Smokin-It that would do the job. So, I went to a nearby restaurant supply store and found 'pizza screens'. I was able to cut three edges off of these so that they fit really nicely in the smoker. They're very light weight, but sturdy so they will hold a lot of nuts. The nice part is they really let smoke through to permeate while not allowing any nuts to fall through.
