Maple wood

After a recent wind storm at the cabin, I find myself with a bounty of sugar maple wood.  It's a little too green to smoke right now, but soon enough there'll be enough maple to last a while.  Problem is, I've never smoked with maple before.  Since my wife doesn't eat seafood, what other meats do you like to smoke with maple?  Do you like it with pork and beef?  Thanks folks!

I've used Smokinlicious Sugar Maple on pork butts and venison snack sticks with good results. It is a fairly mild wood that could be pretty good on most anything.

McCormick has a smokehouse grillers "maple" seasoning that I use on pork butts, it's awesome and then use as above, Smokinlicious sugar maple for the smoke, great combination and tastes great!!

Maple is mild, and complements pork and poultry best, imo.  When I do pork tenderloins, I use pure maple syrup as a binder for the rub, then smoke with maple.  Smells like pancakes cooking! :P

Everyone's taste is different so don't be afraid to experiment with both the amount and type of wood.
