Just joined the forum. I've had my #3 for a few months now and have smoked Brisket, Turkey, Ribs, Pork steaks ( a St. Louis Tradition), Pork butts, Hams, and sausages. I love the #3 especially the amount of meat it can hold. I always smoke too much at a time so the in-laws love me!
