Recently started smoking, always thought BBQ was grilling
. Warm smoked some sea salt and cold smoked some cheese before last Christmas on the Weber w/Amaz-n tray, which turned out well. About a month ago I bought a Pit Boss Copperhead 5, and other than one issue with pellets vs. rain, it's doing well.
Really looking at the SI-3D, and thinking of "Big Red" when it becomes available (hoping that happens before an assumed price hike thanks to new tariffs :-\ ).
Anyway, have been lurking for quite some time. Appreciate all of the info on this site! Looking forward to joining in some time soon!
