Joe here from California.  I've been researching smokers for quite some time.  Finally pulled the trigger for a model 3D which should arrive sometime next week. 

A little about myself.  Currently married with 3 kids and one big dog.  Love good barbeque, German cars and USC Trojan Football!

I've been lurking on the forum for quite some time. It has taken me over a year and a half to make my first post.  Looking forward to learning as much as possible from all of the great Lazy "Q" masters on this forum.
