Good morning,
I do not own a Smokin' It currently, but have owned the Model 1 in the past. Great smoker, just a bit too small for my family. Looking to possibly upgrade to a larger one soon (using a pellet smoker currently, works fine). I am from Nebraska.

. I'm not new to the smoking world, Lots of cooks under my belt, been smoking meat for about 20 years, but only on a WSM. This will be all new to me so I'm actually a little nervous. I purchased the 3D Digital because I just got into sausage making a few months ago. I have made, Brats, Italian Sausage, I also did a Summer Sausage and Bacon on the WSM, although I chased the temps all day long, that was painful. I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can, seems like there are some pretty good chefs in here.
