Wedding completed. Super happy for the couple.
Briskets were success, only got pictures of 3 after they came off the 4D.
Triple wrapped and held in Cambro until serving time.

Thanks Dave, they were awesome. Although you have to be prepared, the number of wedding RSVP's are always more than the number of people who attend so yes there was about 1/2 a brisket sliced and on serving line left over. That was taken home by 3 attendees. The 5th Brisket I still had in my Cambro was iced down and now in my refrigerator. It will be sliced tonight and vacuum packed. Many of the attendees I saw at church this morning and they were raving. It was a pleasure to help this young couple out.
